sims 4 cc hair glitching in game blonde streaks

Can someone please help me, Sims isnt fun without my CC hair. Go over like the 'hats' option, if it has the red 'X' on it, you have one, just click on ALL the red Xs and see if something else is messing with the mesh. Its not those chunk blonde streaks alpha hair gets when laptop mode is on. This bug is even on the eyelashes, the eyelashes turns out yellow blonde. In cas and close up in game the hair looks great, but as soon as i zoom out theres a bunch of white lines running through the hair. P. Im having an issue with a cc hair in game, along with some other hairs but ill use this one as an example. So i found out that the fix for the custom content blonde hair streak bug is to turn off laptop mode, however i had been experiencing very bad lag problems every time i turned it off so i gave up trying to fight it, however, i played around with the settings for a little bit and found that they DID reduce the lag a LOT, eventually it got to a point where my game was completely playable with reduced lag as well as having reasonably good graphics and those horrible blonde streaks in my CC hair were gone!
